UK Orders

All Shaded Jewellery and Outerwear in stock will be fulfilled and posted within the same day, unless otherwise stated as ‘Pre Order’ or ‘Made to Order’. If either of these then please see the product description for your estimated production time.

Upon purchasing a Shaded Hat, your chosen design is hand finished by Flo herself, including all stitching and accessorising, so please allow 1-3 days from purchasing for your hat to be made and sent. You will receive an update when your item has been despatched.

Shipping fee is size and weight dependant;

Smaller items (e.g Jewellery, Gloves etc.) are £3.50 for Royal Mail Tracked 48hr Shipping and Royal Mail Next Day Before 1pm is available at £5.

Larger items (e.g Hats & Outerwear) start from £6 for Tracked 48hr Royal Mail shipping.

Next Day Guaranteed Delivery before 1pm is also available for £10.

Your tracking number will be supplied after despatch.

All orders have the option for Free Store Pickup, if you’re able to pick up your order from our Penzance store.

International Orders

Shipping outside of the UK is simple and estimated to be delivered within 6 - 12 days. Shipping is size and weight dependant;

USA

Smaller items (e.g Jewellery, Gloves etc.) are £15.

Larger items (e.g Hats & Outerwear) are £25 as standard.

Rest Of World

Smaller items (e.g Jewellery, Gloves etc.) are £8.

Larger items (e.g Hats & Outerwear) are £18 as standard.

Please Note!

Due to new laws, orders to the USA are now posted under the terms of DDP. Shipping is therefore higher as Shaded will bear the cost of import customs clearance, import duties and taxes. Meaning you will receive your order without needing to pay any customs fees.

Orders to the Rest Of World (including the Channel Islands) are posted under the terms of DDU. It’s the buyer’s responsibility to bear the cost of import customs clearance, import duties and taxes.
